We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different style or size, or a refund for your order of full price items. Please contact us at customercare@nudypatooty.com for approval of your return.

Once your request for an exchange or refund has been approved by customer care, please ship the item(s) to Nudy Patooty Canada as well as a completed Return Slip

 *For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges Customers are required to cover shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.

When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.

    Defective/Damaged Items

    If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 1 (855) 948-4333 or customercare@nudypatooty.com.  Our hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us directly at customercare@nudypatooty.com to arrange for product exchange.
